At the DPI Common Core training last week they provided several resources for the Common Core implementation. They are listed below with a brief description:
http://illustrativemathematics.org
This is a website for math and was created by the writers of the Common Core. It gives sample activities for the different standards and you can rate the information.
www.oercommons.org

www.oercommons.org/community
These sites have material for both ELA and Math Common Core. It has resources but there is no fee.

also has many math resources and activities.
www.ilearntechnology.com
Is a blog about integrating technology. If you type in Common Core it will take you to the page that has the standards in kid friendly language.
